It is a villa completely renovated in 2023. Located in a renowned seaside area of the city of Syracuse, the Costa del Sole in the Arenella area, the beach of very fine white sand can be reached on foot by crossing the road.
The villa has been designed down to the smallest detail to make your holidays as fun and comfortable as possible, all taken care of by professionals in the sector, the interiors have been furnished with modern, classy and well-made furniture.
It is the ideal place to spend carefree holidays and have fun with family or friends and to be able to visit the splendid city of Syracuse and the many nearby cities and beaches.
It offers many services and is close to bars, equipped beaches, bus stops, etc…
THE VILLA
The structure consists of a large outdoor area consisting of private parking, well-kept lawn and plants typical of the area. An outdoor shower awaits you when you return from the sea and finally a nice barbecue to be able to grill during your stay.
The interior of the villa is large and welcoming, it is arranged on a single floor of about 110 m2 and can accommodate up to 12 people, it consists of four double bedrooms in which cots or small beds can be added on request, an equipped kitchen and 2 modern bathrooms with large showers with chromotherapy and hydromassage. It has two furnished outdoor verandas and a large terrace with a wonderful sea view.
The house can also be divided into 2 comfortable independent apartments, each with 2 double bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen and independent outdoor area consisting of veranda and lawn.
Independent apartments
Each apartment has its own green area where you can play and relax and spend beautiful summer evenings with friends or simply enjoy the sun and the sea breeze. There are 2 apartments both with kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom that can comfortably accommodate 5 people. For each apartment there is a barbecue area and a beautiful and comfortable veranda overlooking the lawn.
Each apartment has its own independent entrance, its own parking space.

The villa is in a well-served area, you will find restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, discos and on the beach you will have the opportunity to choose between the free beach and equipped beaches and for those who love the evenings you will have a wide choice of clubs in the area.
Inside the villa there is private parking, we have created a play area for children.
There are kitchen utensils, pots and pans and hair dryers.
The structure is equipped with wifi and television.
On request it is also possible to provide bed linen and towels.
Transportation to and from the airport can be arranged.
The beach
