Villa Arianna was completely renovated in 2023, it is located in a renowned and splendid seaside area of ​​the city of Syracuse, the Costa del Sole in the Arenella area. The beach of fine white sand can be reached on foot by crossing the road. The villa has been designed down to the smallest detail to make your holidays as fun and comfortable as possible, all taken care of by professionals in the sector, the interiors have been furnished with modern style furniture and a lot of class. It is the ideal place to spend carefree holidays and have fun with family or friends and to be able to visit the splendid city of Syracuse and the many nearby cities and beaches. It offers many services and is close to bars, equipped beaches, bus stops, etc… .

The structure consists of a large outdoor area consisting of private parking, well-kept lawn and plants typical of the area. An outdoor shower awaits you when you return from the sea and finally a nice barbecue to be able to grill during your stay. The interior of the villa is large and welcoming, it is arranged on a single floor of about 110 m2 and can accommodate up to 12 people, it consists of four double bedrooms in which cots or small beds can be added on request, an equipped kitchen and 2 modern bathrooms with large showers with chromotherapy and hydromassage. It has two furnished outdoor verandas and a large terrace with a wonderful sea view. The house can also be divided into 2 comfortable independent apartments, each with 2 double bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen and independent outdoor area consisting of veranda and lawn.
